Tomoeda contains 2 main residential areas, located on the eastern cliffs of the island and the northwest corner. Several plots for houses are located in each, establishing quiet, nature-focused neighbourhoods for residents of Tomoeda to enjoy.
These areas are isolated but connected to the rest of the island via convenient pathways, thus allowing residents both privacy and togetherness at once.
These neighbourhoods grow only at the pace that is needed, and are planned and constructed carefully and respectfully with the feelings of all residents in mind.
